Guest Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours, please read and respect the following guidelines. These apply from the moment of check-in to check-out.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is from 15:00 (3 PM). Early check-in is available on request subject to availability.
- Check-out is by 11:00 (11 AM). Late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
- Access details (lockbox code) will be sent to your email 24 hours before arrival.
- Please return the keys to the lockbox upon departure and ensure the apartment is locked.
Noise & Neighbours
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please keep noise levels low during these hours.
- Music and television should be kept at a considerate volume at all times.
- Parties and large gatherings are not permitted without prior written consent.
- Please be respectful of other residents in the building when using shared areas (hallways, lifts, stairwells).
Cleanliness
- Please treat the apartment with respect and leave it in a clean and tidy condition upon checkout.
- Wash up dishes before departure or load the dishwasher and run it.
- Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. Recycling bins are located in the building courtyard — please sort waste accordingly.
- Used towels and bed linen can be left in the bathroom or laundry area.
Use of Amenities
- Wi-Fi password and appliance instructions are available in the welcome booklet inside the apartment.
- Please turn off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
- The washing machine is available for your use. Please check the welcome booklet for instructions.
- Do not move furniture between rooms or take items from the apartment.
Prohibited Activities
- No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- No pets unless expressly agreed in writing prior to booking.
- No sub-letting or sharing the apartment with more guests than declared at the time of booking.
- Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairing or replacing damaged items may be charged to the payment method on file.
