How do I make a booking?

Browse our available apartments on the home page, select the one you like, choose your check-in and check-out dates, and follow the booking steps. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Can I book for more than 30 nights?

Yes, we welcome long-stay guests. Please contact us directly at info@eliundeli.de before booking for stays longer than 30 nights so we can discuss availability and pricing.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 (3 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 (11 AM). Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I receive the keys?

We use a secure key lockbox system. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive the lockbox code and full access instructions by email 24 hours before your arrival.

Is self-check-in available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our apartments support self-check-in via lockbox. This means you can arrive at any time after 15:00 without needing to coordinate with us in person.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. See our full Cancellation Policy page for details.

Can I change my booking dates?

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your original check-in date. Please contact us at info@eliundeli.de with your booking reference and preferred new dates.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all apartments at no extra charge. The network name and password are provided in the welcome booklet inside the apartment.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay linen change is included — contact us to arrange a convenient time.
