Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts. Please read the terms below carefully before making a booking.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of a confirmed cancellation.

Cancellation Tiers

Full Refund — More than 7 days before check-in

Cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

50% Refund — Between 2 and 7 days before check-in

Cancel between 2 and 7 days before your check-in date and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

No Refund — Less than 48 hours before check-in

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in time are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as cancellations within this window.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings". Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation steps. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

Alternatively, contact us directly at info@eliundeli.de with your booking reference number and we will process your cancellation promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of genuine emergencies (serious illness, bereavement, or events of force majeure), we will consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.

Host Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing, plus reasonable assistance in finding alternative accommodation where possible.
